Miss Bee organized a mini Same Day session for her and her boyfriend. She wanted a “good picture” of them both. She was so intent about what she wanted, she was prepared to pay (me, her own mother!) the session fee. I’m not THAT heartless, however, so we had a fun little shoot and off they went.
I chose this image because I LOVE their eyes, their look, the lighting, everything, but I wasn’t sure if it would be her favorite but nonetheless I printed it, took it home and gave it to her …
She looked at it and teared up, so thrilled was she. We then spent a pleasant time browsing the frames at Tar-jay so she could pick the perfect frame … and she did.
So, because I like the image to begin with, and because her reaction was SO touching, this photograph will be a favorite for a long time.
